this week has been relatively slack.

Brazil 4 Chile 0. Darn it! If not for the commentary, it would have been one of the best attacking display I have seen in a while. Adriano, Robinho, Ronaldhino, Kaka, Ronaldo. Plus Roberto Carlos. Brazil is the best attacking side in the world man! Adriano scored a hat-trick somemore. People talk about England challenging for the World Cup. I tell you, No Chance man! First, they don't have a genuinely reliable holding midfielder to break up the attacks. Rio Ferdinand somehow is not as solid as before and sad to say but Carragher is not yet world-class. Luckily, John Terry is a leader and solid as a rock. Though a Liverpudlian at heart, I will definitely pick Terry as the next England captain ahead of Gerrard. Back to the defence. Robinson has nothing more to prove and has undoubtly secured his place in the squad with that save against Wales. Ashley Cole is as good as Carlos. Luke Young played well against Wales, but Wales is not as much a quality side compared to Brazil. He is relatively untested and inexperienced.

Beckham is not a natural ball-winner and it will not be very effective fielding him against class acts like Brazil and Holland. Maybe England should try Carrick. If Scott Parker can help lift Newcastle out of the relegation zone and back to becoming title challengers, England will definitely have to pick him.

I nearly scored a hat-trick. Thanks to the great vision of Santosh and Salman. Daohua, Iman and YK were also instrumental. That's what I call team play. Zongyu score a hat-tirck. Best soccer match I played in a long time. Haha! My finishing improving siah. Maybe I should play striker for St. Steven's FC in the coming season. Hahaha! Can't really strike shit with my left leg though.
England beat Wales 1-0. Joe Cole scored. Rooney can't be the lone striker. I thought Beckham was quite okay in his new role. Luke Young was good. Robinson made the save of the day as usual. Who needs Petre Cech? Tottenham is solid at the back man once King comes back. Now they even have Lee Yong Pyo. Best left-back in the Dutch League. But Kezman was also the top scorer in the same league until he moved to Chelsea. Hahaha!
I was watching Defoe, Lampard, Ferdinand and Joe Cole during the match and I can't help thinking about West Ham. Bloody hell. They should be the Champions of England man. I have completed my driving course. 1 month break to mug full-time. Then I will start intensive training in October.

Liverpool played Sunderland last Saturday. Gerrard picked up an injury. It may be a good thing. Like what Daryl said, Liverpool may just stop depending solely on Stevie G. Daryl and Sheldon played the 'LWH' game again. Close fight! Sheldon won, I think.

By the way, Daryl gave me the go ahead to join St. Stevens' FC. Haha! Sounds like some tuition centre to me. But anyway, I get to play soccer next season. They even got their own jersey. I'll be filling the DMC position according to Daryl and it an incentive to get the No. 14 jersey. Haha! Like my heroes, Xabi Alonso and Henry. If only Lance Armstrong had a No. 14 jersey too.

Today, I realised that I am not as big a spender compared to my friends. While Kwek trims his hair every 1 over months, I do it every 2 over months. It's 10 bucks each time. Darn! Those blood-suckers. Haha!

Jeremy was telling me about his insomia today. He said it was a result of too much thinking. Thinking of weekiat and sex. I was stunned. He did not elaborate. Whichever led to the other still remains a big question mark. But nevertheless, it was weekiat and sex (or maybe something worse - !@# with weekiat). Whatever the case, it left me bewildered.

Got it. 22 October. 11 am. That will be the day of my driving test. One step closer.
Was in a rush today. Lessons ended at 3.30pm and driving was at 4.25pm. I saw on the bus today. Ms Florence Su. Had quite a chat. Asked me about my allowance. Funny topic. Talked to her about her injuries. Age really takes a toll on the body. Asked if I had a girlfriend. What the fuck. Do we really have to go to that extent just to kill time. Could have talk about many other stuff.
Chemistry test was bad. Can never really do well in Chemistry. Too much to read. Same goes for Economics. I hate words. I like pictures. Let's keep on track Samuel. Haha!

I was the Mat of the day. Could not figure out what Daryl had to tell me about Yiwei and Sheldon.

I started off the day quite pleasantly. I managed to avoid her during lecture; not that she's out to get me though. Was just one of my silly plans to keep her out of my mind. The day went by without the slightest thought of her. Well done, flea. Then disaster struck. Fuck. I was heading for the bus-stop to make my way to the driving centre. I met her. Good job dude. Now all the earlier effort are going down the drain. She captivated me. Again. There was a ring on her finger. I shattered. Probably a good thing. Now that I know there someone else in her life. Maybe it will be easier for me to move on. Flea's strong. He takes it in his stride. Flea swallows his guts and look towards the future. A future without her.

The Mat of the day had to be Hsien Yao. Right-hand Grip Rule. One of the better moments of the day. Sheldon and Daryl tried coming up with solid definitions for 'mat' during break. Here's one: a mat is a person who puts his left leg on the stool, right leg on the floor and scratches his balls.

And to those people who doubt Liverpool's ability to challenge for honours, may you guys continue living in your world of self-delusion.

After 10 years as a Liverpool fan, I finally have something else to feel proud of other than last season's Champions League victory. Liverpool is competitive. Gerrard and Carragher play like they are willing to lay down their lives for the club. Alonso passes like a dream and controlled the cramped midfield like he was brought to this world for that sole reason. Sissoko, at 20 is on his way to becoming the next Viera. Picture this. Sissoko and Gerrard. Viera and Gerrard. Zenden gave a reliable performance. Garcia is better off playing behind the frontman. Sami H was dependable as usual. Warnock improved and forced Mendiata off with 30 minutes left to play. If Liverpool were to continue playing with Morientes, they better get a good winger fast. One who can provide him with the right services. Looking at the bench, left me smiling all the time. There were Cisse, Baros and Risse. Hamman was missing. The quality of this Liverpool squad is so much better as compared to the past seasons.

It ended 0-0. But Liverpool were attacking; they wanted to win so badly. That desire so strong.

Driving was cool. Took on 4 test routes today, and Sam said the maximum is 3.

Flea wants so much to ask her out. She will delay the reply. She will keep me waiting. She will have something else of much higher piriority. She will turn me down with an 'anotherday'.

I am weak. I went cycling again. Not on the roads or the rougher terrains. I went 50 klicks. Rather short a distance, took an hour. Cycled up and down East Coast Park. Crowded. I lost control of the bike while weaving pass a couple hogging the lane. I totally suck. Did not fall. Scratch my thigh, cut my ankle and grazed my shin. Needless to say, the tube burst. Now I began cursing with my balls swollen. That sensation sucks.

I saw a litespeed bike today. Seemed like Vortex. It went by me before I could take a closer look. Maybe the desire in me is just so strong, it's making my thoughts run wild. That bike is every boy's dream. The price is only what working adults can afford.

There's one thing I have to clarify. You do not always fall when you lose control of the bike. So Renfu stop asking me the same thing over again.

Yock Cheong and Benjamin confirmed the Thailand trip yesterday. 500 bucks. I can backpack Malaysia for 7 days; by rail of course and still allocate enough cash for a dive. No lisence is needed if you go to the right operator; but you can't go very far. I have not overcome my phobia of turtles though and sea mites practically feast on my flesh.

Liverpool's campaign to qualify for the group stages of the Champions league is all but complete. Gerrard was the main driving force as usual. His defence-splitting pass brought in the 1st goal courtesy of Cisse. Xabi Alonso's passing was not as sharp as he should be capable of. The passes were very clever, however. That's why his wearing the priced No. 14 jersey. Henry wears it. Morientes finally scored. Luis Garcia was causing the right-back a few problems with his trickery. Risse had to move up cause Zenden picked up an injury. It is clearly evident that Stephen Warnock still needs maturing. Carragher was showing 101% commitment. He threw his entire body in front of a shot. Block it. Reina was commanding but reminded me of Tim Howard. This is the most exciting Liverpool team seen in the past 10 years as a fan. The only downside being the defence. Badly needs a boost. Carragher deserves a younger partner. One can't go on running forever. The knees wear out.

So what if Chelsea's got the Charity shield. Liverpool's going for the European Super Cup.

As always, I initiated the first move. As always, no reply came back. Makes me wonder if the satellite relaying the signal strayed from its course. It's dumb, but it did help make me feel better. Emotions. Again. Darn it.

Where's the flea I know? The one with a heart so entirely impenetrable.

Fuck it! Fuck whatever there is to fuck. Just fuck something.

Driving was back to normal. The one that flea is proud of. The one flea is capable of.

Flea is on his way back to his old self and nothing gets in the way.

Leave this kid alone. Give him a break.

Ying Chian poped a question the other day. Asked if flea ever cried. Did not know how to reply.

She's back. Not that I have heard from her. Anyway I never had other than the times in which I initiated a conversation. Can't be that difficult, can it? The phone's there, pick it up, type a message. No more dilemma, problem's solved.

But something is holding me back.

This has to be the worst National Day break I have had in the past 18 years of my life. The exams are coming up, she wasn't in town and I suck at driving. Never found the answer as to why her absence bothered me so much. Missed her? Can't be the case. I never did miss anyone as far as I could remember. Totally turned me into an insecure, whining, gutless freak. Sheldon recommended Dragonforce. My kind of music! Made me so high, was the only thing that really captured my full attention. Otherwise I was rather distracted by those damned thoughts. One reason why I haven't been going on road bikes for some time - I just have no confidence in my ability to fully focus on biking. I chanced upon Chern Chieh after such a long time; been over a year I guess. There wasn't a longing. At least it wasn't the same one that kept me so restless this break.

Darn this is just going downhill.
